Terms & Conditions
Operating terms for our platform.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bulliance customer platform, including live pricing, account access, KYC verification, gold and silver order placement, gram-based quantity management, and related customer services.
By registering for, accessing, or using Bulliance, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Introduction
Bulliance provides a business-oriented platform for viewing live and reference bullion pricing and placing gold and silver orders subject to platform rules, market conditions, KYC requirements, and operational controls.
These terms describe the rules that apply to registered customers using Bulliance. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in, placing an order, submitting KYC information, or otherwise using Bulliance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies.
If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that business.
3. Customer account
Access to Bulliance trading and account features requires a registered customer account. Account creation is subject to Bulliance’s registration requirements, identity checks, and operational approval processes.
Bulliance may approve, restrict, suspend, or close accounts in accordance with platform rules, security requirements, compliance needs, or operational policies.
4. Account information accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete account information, including your name, contact details, business information, and any compliance details requested by Bulliance.
You must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate, to the extent the platform allows self-service updates. You must not impersonate another person or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
5. KYC requirements
Bulliance may require customers to complete KYC verification before accessing certain trading features. KYC requirements may include submission of PAN, GST, and supporting documents in accordance with the document types configured for your account.
Trading access may remain restricted until required KYC documents are submitted, reviewed, and approved. Bulliance may request additional information or documents where reasonably necessary for verification or compliance purposes.
6. Identity verification
You agree to cooperate with Bulliance’s identity verification process and to provide authentic documents and information. Bulliance may reject, request re-submission of, or revoke approval for KYC information that is incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or suspected to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
Approved identity information may be reflected on your customer profile and used to administer trading eligibility and account operations.
7. Gold and silver pricing
Bulliance displays gold and silver pricing information for customer reference and order placement. Prices may be derived from live market feeds, configured product settings, distributor margins, and applicable product charge rules.
Displayed prices are subject to change and may become stale if market data is delayed or unavailable. Bulliance may reject or block order placement based on stale, missing, or invalid pricing data.
8. Live and reference pricing
Live and reference prices are provided for informational and transactional purposes within the platform. They do not constitute a binding quote outside the platform’s order placement and confirmation workflow.
The price applicable to an order is determined at the time of order placement based on the platform’s pricing rules and the pricing snapshot recorded with the order.
9. Market hours
Order placement and certain trading features may be available only during configured market or trading windows. Bulliance may restrict order acceptance outside permitted trading hours, on weekends, holidays, or during maintenance or operational events.
Market hour and trading window settings are administered by Bulliance and may be updated from time to time.
10. Order placement
Customers may place gold and silver orders through the Bulliance platform subject to product availability, pricing validity, KYC approval, wallet or quantity limits, market hours, and other eligibility checks enforced by the platform.
You are responsible for reviewing order details, including product, quantity in grams, pricing information, and applicable charges, before submitting an order.
11. Order confirmation
An order is subject to platform validation at the time of submission. Bulliance records order details, including a pricing snapshot and relevant operational metadata, once the order is accepted into the platform workflow.
Submission of an order does not guarantee execution. Orders may remain pending, be partially filled, rejected, cancelled, or expire in accordance with platform rules and market conditions.
12. Order execution
Bulliance routes eligible orders through its internal order and allocation workflows, which may include distributor or broker execution processes. Execution depends on market conditions, operational availability, product rules, quantity constraints, and third-party execution connectivity.
Bulliance does not guarantee that every submitted order will be executed, executed immediately, or executed at a previously displayed reference price.
13. Order statuses
Customer orders may move through statuses such as pending, open, partial, executed, cancelled, rejected, or expired, depending on platform workflow and market activity.
You should review your order history and status information within your Bulliance account for the most current information about your trading activity.
14. Order cancellation and rejection
Bulliance may permit cancellation or modification of certain orders where platform rules and order status allow. Orders may also be cancelled, rejected, or expired by the platform due to market conditions, operational controls, compliance checks, end-of-day processes, or execution failures.
You are responsible for monitoring open or pending orders and taking appropriate action within the platform where self-service cancellation or modification is available.
15. Partial, failed, and expired orders
An order may be partially executed, remain unresolved for a period of time, fail during execution routing, or expire according to platform rules. In such cases, remaining quantity, reserved grams, and order status will be updated in accordance with Bulliance’s order lifecycle controls.
Bulliance is not responsible for market movements, connectivity interruptions, or execution delays arising from conditions outside reasonable platform control, subject to applicable operational policies.
16. Gram-based wallet and quantity limits
Bulliance uses a gram-based wallet or quantity limit model to administer customer trading capacity. This may include total limit grams, reserved grams for open or pending orders, and used grams for executed activity.
Available trading quantity is derived from these gram-based limits. Bulliance may adjust limits, reject orders, or block account closure where reserved grams or unresolved order activity prevent safe completion of the requested action.
17. GST and applicable product charges
Certain products or pricing calculations on Bulliance may include GST or margin-related charge components configured for the relevant product. Applicable charge details may be reflected in live pricing, order summaries, or recorded order pricing snapshots.
You are responsible for reviewing product charge information displayed at the time of order placement. Tax treatment and invoicing practices beyond platform display rules may be subject to separate business or legal requirements.
18. Third-party and distributor execution
Bulliance may rely on distributor, broker, market data, or execution connectivity providers to support pricing, routing, and order execution. These providers operate as part of the platform’s operational infrastructure and are not direct contracting parties with customers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays, rejections, or limitations arising from third-party execution systems may affect order status, timing, or completion.
19. Market and price changes
Gold and silver markets are subject to volatility. Prices displayed on Bulliance may change rapidly and without notice. You acknowledge that market movement, feed delays, and operational conditions may affect the price, timing, and outcome of your orders.
20. Service availability and maintenance
Bulliance strives to provide reliable access to pricing and trading features, but the platform may be unavailable, delayed, or limited due to maintenance, upgrades, market closures, security events, connectivity issues, or other operational factors.
Bulliance may enable maintenance mode or restrict access to some or all customer features when necessary to protect platform integrity or perform required system work.
21. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use Bulliance for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or forged identity or business information
- Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or platform restrictions
- Interfere with platform integrity, pricing systems, or order workflows
- Access another customer’s account or data without authorization
- Use automated means to abuse platform endpoints or circumvent operational limits
- Misuse Bulliance services in a manner that could harm Bulliance, other customers, or market operations
22. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify Bulliance promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise.
Bulliance may require reauthentication, session revocation, password reset, or account restriction where security risk is identified.
23. Account closure
You may request closure of your Bulliance account through the account closure feature available in your profile, subject to eligibility requirements described in our Account Closure and Data Retention policy.
Account closure restricts your access to Bulliance but does not necessarily delete historical customer, KYC, order, wallet, or related records retained for legal, regulatory, audit, security, or record-keeping purposes.
24. Account reopening
After account closure, Bulliance may permit account reopening only through support or administrative review and only while the applicable reopening window remains open.
Reopening restores access to the same customer account and associated historical records, subject to compliance review and platform rules.
25. Permanent account closure
If an account is not reopened within the applicable reopening window, it may be marked permanently closed. Permanent closure ends customer recovery options but does not mean that all historical records are deleted.
Certain identity credentials associated with a closed or permanently closed account may remain reserved and unavailable for use in creating a new Bulliance account.
26. Intellectual property
The Bulliance platform, including its software, branding, design, content, pricing presentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Bulliance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit Bulliance materials except as permitted by these terms or with Bulliance’s prior written consent.
27. Service changes
Bulliance may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features, pricing rules, product availability, trading windows, or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, operational improvement, or business needs.
When material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
